Tom has over ten years of experience in the Workday Ecosystem, five years in HRIS system processes, and five years in ERP security auditing. His career began in IT Audit at Arthur Andersen and then later at Deloitte specializing in PeopleSoft Security audits. After five years leading a HRIS department expanded to over 20 countries, he returned to consulting this time branching into the Workday ecosystem specializing in Large Enterprise multi-national deployments. He particularly enjoys empowering HRIS and Compensation teams to get the most out of their Workday investment.
